Mothers Day In Heaven...

Postby vickielynn » Mon Nov 22, 2010 1:44 am

So much I need to tell you so much I have to say,
I never got the chance because God took you away.

First I am so sorry for every tear that fell,
for every broken promise the times when I would yell.

For every disappointment that I put in your life,
I knew that I had hurt you words cut like a knife.

For every story ever told you knew when I would lie,
you would send me to my room I could always hear you cry.

All of the unhappiness that I caused you for years,
you were always there to comfort me wipe away my tears.

It,s just a few of many things I just wanted to say,
mom I love and miss you Happy Mothers day...

VickieLynn,
This is so sad and so touching, I think we all have things we regret doing when we were young that upset our Mothers. I know there are alot of Mothers in Heaven who will be smiling down on their children this Christmas.

Vicki, I love your precious humble poem for your mother in heaven. There's beautiful love in your honesty and humbleness and I know, as hope said in her sweet comments, she's would be smiling down on you and I'm sure she would be very proud of you, her daughter with the big loving heart that loves Jesus and serves Him so well with the talent He has given you. You bring blessings and love to many and we love you back and give thanks for you. Always your friend and sister in the faith, Shirley
