I'd send the word with a snow white dove,
God,s Peace then you would find...
A thousand poems I'd write for you,
If I really knew just how.
But if these poems touched your heart,
I'd make a start right now.
But as I could not understand,
just what pain you're going through,
I'd just go off to a quiet place,
and I'd kneel in prayer for you.

You have really written a beautiful poem and said everything just perfectly. I love the flow and the rhythm. I love the message most of all. You could not have done a better job. I totally love it.

I have read many poems in my life. I have enjoyed them and I have loved them. Your poem here is one of my favorites by far. I read it and it made me smile and it brought a tear to my eye. ALMOST a wish that something was wrong to get that rose and a prayer. wow.. if it can make me feel that way.. dang.
