true friendship is forever
and lasts for more than a while
don't think about saying never
just look around and then smile

true friendship will stand the test of time
no matter what people say or do
one like yours and mine
are proof that it's all too true

true friendship is one great gift
when you are down and low
it will give you a big lift
when you don't think it'll show

true friendship is like a magic wand
whenever you might be lost
it's never any kind of con
it's there when you need it most
