Q: Why can’t I hear any music or sound on your pages?
A1: You need to install the free Quicktime plugin. Click here to download it.
A2: Some of our e-cards purposely do not include music.

Q: Why can’t I see any of your animations and videos?
A: You need to install the free Flash plugin. Click here to download it.

Q: How do I clear the names and address on the send form?
A1: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools – Internet Options – Browsing history – click Delete – click Delete cookies.
A2: In Firefox, go to Tools – Clear Private Data – check the Cookies checkbox – click Clear Private Data Now.

Q: Are your ecards free to send?
A: Yes! Our service is supported by our kind sponsors. Feel free to send as many ecards as you like.

Q: I’ve signed up for your newsletter. Why am I not getting any of your mailings?
A1: Add newsletter@nethugs.com to your email address book and your safe sender’s list.
A2: Your email service provider may have filtered our newsletter by mistake into your bulk or junk folder. If you see our newsletter in that folder, click on the message and click the not spam or not junk button.
A3: Contact your service provider to get us permanently unblocked from your account. To contact them, simply go to your provider website and click on contact support.

Q: I have a new email address. How do I update my newsletter subscription?
A: Simply sign up with your new email address. Click here.

Q: How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter?
A: Every newsletter that is sent out has an unsubscribe link at the very bottom of the email.  Click on that unsubscribe link to be removed from our newsletter.
