Q: Why can’t I hear any music or sound on your pages?
A1: We have disabled music on our newer ecards due to compatibility issues. However our older ecards still support music.

Q: Why can’t I see any of your animations and videos?
A: You need to install the free Flash plugin. Click here to download it.
Q: Your send button is not working. Can I still send out your ecards?
A: Yes. Please use our “Alternative Send Link” located right below the main send button.
Q: How do I clear the names and address on the send form?
A1: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools – Internet Options – Browsing history – click Delete – click Delete cookies.
A2: In Firefox, go to Tools – Clear Private Data – check the Cookies checkbox – click Clear Private Data Now.
Q: Are your ecards free to send?
A: Yes! Our service is supported by our kind sponsors. Feel free to send as many ecards as you like.
Q: I’ve signed up for your newsletter. Why am I not getting any of your mailings?
A1: Add newsletter@nethugs.com to your email address book and your safe sender’s list.
A2: Your email service provider may have filtered our newsletter by mistake into your bulk or junk folder. If you see our newsletter in that folder, click on the message and click the not spam or not junk button.
A3: Contact your service provider to get us permanently unblocked from your account. To contact them, simply go to your provider website and click on contact support.
Q: I have a new email address. How do I update my newsletter subscription?
A: Simply sign up with your new email address. Click here.
Q: How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter?
A: Every newsletter that is sent out has an unsubscribe link at the very bottom of the email. Click on that unsubscribe link to be removed from our newsletter.

When I requested a copy be sent to me, I got the hold web age with comments and everything, not just the e-card. How do we view the card before we send it, so I know what the receiver actually got.

Sorry, but I too seem to be a little confused. I see so many beautiful cards ans words that I’d like to send to family and friends, but I can’t find anywhere on the page on how to send then to folks. HELP !!

I can not get a card to open—it comes as a ful page f other information. Of course the first send button never works, then the second button is “made” not to work (?). I love your cards so very much but since you went to nethugs, the format just is not working for me. Is there anything I can do to get you back in my life? I am 73 and home-bound and your cards have brought me so much joy over the years.

I LOVE the cards found here, but when I had upgraded my browser, I was no
longer able to access the cards, as many of the people I send them to. Why?
I once again am able to, because I removed the upgrade, and returned to my
old version. This is very saddening, as your cards are so beautiful! please help!

Got my 1st card from a friend off this site! It made my day! I am Not at all sure How to do anything on computors due to 1 I got that has NOT worked since I bought it in 04! love the ecards,but one of my friends wanted to know whey they have all the
other stuff surrounded around the card would be nice just the card itself and I

Is there a way to use my address book to enter eMail addresses? Going back and forth to my address book is quiter cumbersome.

I download “If tomorrow never Comes” and it got to 3:o1 mins and would not do the last sec. and I could not get anywhere, It takes me a long time to download and I had to start all over, but I didn’t. Why, didn’t if finish so I could send this card. ???????
