When you’re not here,
something’s not quite right.
It’s like the stars and moon,
without the night.
It’s something strange,
that I can’t explain.
It’s like Tarzan,
without Jane.
It’s like peanut butter,
without the jelly.
It’s like Santa Claus,
without his belly.
It’s like a joke,
that isn’t funny.
It’s like Easter,
without the Bunny.
It’s like Grandma’s gravy,
without the lumps.
It’s like a camel,
without any humps.
It’s like a present,
without a bow.
It’s like a planted seed,
that doesn’t grow.
It’s like a king,
without a crown.
It’s like a circus,
without a clown.
It’s like the birds,
without the bees.
Without you,
I’m just not me.

to my family in Enderby: This poem means a lot to me and my community. Yes, this is how much i miss you all. Is make me recall when i was still young , my age 16 to 30 years old, and now im 61 years old i am. when i got married and raised two kids , all girls i started got trail in life, because of my husband untill i run away from my husband with my two kids, Thank you Lord for all those trail i encountered, and now im alone with my two kids. with you out you Lord i am nothing in this world , pardon me, I LOVE YOU.

My beloved Hobart died five months ago. He knew how much I loved him. I sent this to my friends and family with a dedication to my Sweetheart. Also thanking them for the support and love during this difficult journey I’m traveling. We had only been married five months.
