Day by Day, One by One

I have traveled down many a road
Lived and have struggled with strife
Often times having carried a load
While searching to make a life.
As these roads had hardened me
With thoughts which made me to be blind
I had not allowed myself to ever see
And I was for ever in a bind.
Then one day a special friend I met
Gave to me what I was missing of
No longer must I live with regret
My heart is now filled with love.
Glory be, I must and do implore
For given the chance to find my way
From now on I shall adore
And when in doubt to say nae.
So with life I do have a choice
On these roads I shall keep in sight
Picking the right ones, I can only rejoice
No longer feeling like one to be trite.
People notice the gleam in my eye
And know the reason for the happiness
One day we will meet in the by and by
As we continue to choose to bless.
Yes day by day I go on living
One by one I can count my blessings
And when this life is over and done
I will be on my way to meet God’s son.
To dwell with him there on high
As he is sitting there on the throne
He will always ever be quite nigh
And I shall no longer be alone.

We are living in a world that is filled with vanities, a wealthy man today, a corpse tomorrow and all the material things that we have laboured for in this world will no longer be useful to us. I, therefore wish to let every one that comes across this text, that the greatest thing that will ever happen in his or her life is to know the son of God, our lord and saviour JIesus christ and to make him the lord of your life.I appreciates the writer of the above e-card, it is inspired.

A remarable poem my friend. And a great E-card by Skip. Words of truth and meaningful. Yes, God is the way, the truth, and the Life. Only through His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, can we really find happiness and peace and friendship, and not necessarily in this life. I totally agree with Nobby Okeke, Steve Politte, Bet Lou!!! The things of this world will not go with us when we are called to meet our Maker. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust our fleshly bodies were and will be again but our spirits will be forever with Jesus if we believe He died for us, rose again and we are repentant of our sins, turning away from those sins, accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, choosing to live for Him while on this earth. My prayers are with and for you Ms. Bonita Clark. God will heal you one way or the other, by His will it shall be done. This is such an inspiring message. I hope many more will benefit from it. Thank you to whoever wrote this!! God bless everyone even those who do not believe in Jesus, I pray they will somehow someway have someone plant that seed of the Good News that JESUS IS THE TRUTH, THE WAY AND THE LIGHT OF LIFE!!!

I have travelled sitting on the plane 24 hrs, just to see you. It’s such a long journey, but I didn’t care the jetlag, cause I knew we will be in each others arms again. I’m counting day by day , and in few months time I knew we’d be enjoying the summer together with much Love. One by one ,we counted GOD blessings, of good health to achieve our dreams, but most of all, we thank GOD for strong LOVE that bonds our hearts forever.
