Oh my, yes this poem is so true…How many times I have to remember to let go and let GOD lead me and take over my burdens… He is in control and in charge, always.
And I must remember also that He is with my loved ones, too.
Forgive me loving GOD for trying to “take” over my problems all by myself…

I really love this. God truly has answers to everything. When we think all hope is lost, He’s right there by us listening to us. What we need do is to boldly come to the throne of grace and ask for mercy and help.

God is the answer,when you need a friend he is always there,when you need comfort he is always there.He is the answer to all your problems.When I need a friend and comfort I go to my friend God has blessed me with,my dog.GOD spelled backwards is DOG.God sent dogs to be his sidekick and help us along the way.I want to THANK God for my wonderful sidekick my dog, Cookie she is a devoted friend and she worships me.Thank you God.

Ah! Thank God for another day. What a beautiful poem reminds us that God is always in full control of our lives. He tells us to give Him all of our burdens for He cares so much for us. No matter what we are going through, we just need to trust Him. Worrying is not going to help us only God can help us through all of our troubles and trials that we face on a daily basis.
I just want to continue to put all my faith, trust and confidence in Him and He is going to see me through. Praise the Lord for all of His assurances that He will never leave me nor forsake me. I bless His name. Amen

Yes, God has all the answers, He said we should cast all our burdens unto Him for He cares for us. No matter how serious or minor our problems are, all we need to do is to hand over everything to Him and hold our peace , He is able to do all thing, He is a mighty God, He has power over all powers and at the mention of the name of Jesus christ, every knee must bow and every tongues confess that He is the lord. Any time i see another breaking of the day, i always says thank you to God the creator of the universe.

I was suffering so bad last nite that I was crying and that is something I am not in the habit of doin, I am 88 yrs od and have made it fine, so far, but my legs and back were at the highest level that I could stand, so I asked God in the Name of his Son Jesus to please let me get some relief and soon I was sound asleep and the hurt was gone, Praise my Lord and thank him for all he does for me.

I have been God’s biggest ‘Fan’ since I was a child and I am now 53 yrs old and have been diagnosed with supposed ‘Terminal Illness’. However, I have put all my Faith and Trust in my Loving Heavenly Father and so far, I have come through, even stronger than before and I believe He is my Healer and Deliverer, my Sovereign, my Protector, my Majesty and my KING! Praise God for what He is doing in my life and in the lives of countless others who decide that ‘Jesus really is LORD!!!’

As I sat before the Lord early in the morning, I brought to him something in myself, a flaw, something that I perceived emanates from a root of fear. As I was speaking to him about it, the Scripture came into my mind, “perfect love casts out fear.” (1 John 4:18)
Meditating on the Word of God is crucial in creating a foundation for our lives, for our attitudes, for our responses. The surface meaning of a passage may not be sufficiently refined, in our understanding, to produce the desired end in us. The Bible contains several words which are translated in English as “meditate.” One of them, “sachat,” means to squeeze out as grapes. And that’s what I found myself doing this morning, squeezing out that verse, meditating on it prayerfully until the dross was cleared up and the new wine flowed.
As I thought on the passage awhile, confused at first, I wondered, “then why do I still have a bit of fear, if his love for me is perfect?”
But suddenly I realized what it’s NOT saying. The common interpretation of this verse has been that the perfect love of God casts fear out of us. But that’s not what it’s saying, or at least, there is another way to look at it. It’s not referring to God’s love for us because if it were, all fear would be gone as soon as a person has been the recipient of his love which is perfect. No. It’s talking about OUR love – for HIM!
When we have walked with the Lord for awhile, as we grow in our experience of him, as we come to see his faithfulness and mature in the awareness of his active participation in our lives, that will bring about, if we let it, such a growth of trust in him, such a developing love for him, that it truly does cast out fear. So it’s not that God’s perfect love casts out fear, but that as our love for HIM becomes perfected, it casts out fear. I nearly jumped from my chair! I SAW it! Yes! Yes! I can attest to it, it has happened to me!
In more than thirty years of walking with the Lord, we’ve been through some deep valleys together, through thorns and briars and through the fire. In all of these situations, the Lord has manifested himself to me and delivered me from all the troubles. Truly, truly can I say, “all things work together for the good to those who love God…” (but I’ll save that one for another time.) The point is that as we see the Lord bring us through and deliver us, and help and provide for us, sometimes miraculously, we grow slowly and at times imperceptibly in a love for Him which brings about a trust base that after awhile becomes a solid living element in our natures. Indeed he has told us that he gives us peace, but then defines that as a peace that the world is incapable of giving. As we experience him, we grow in the understanding of the nature of that kind of peace. Who, having experienced it, could ever explain it?
So these things work together: learning trust through experiencing his constant provision and deliverance, and receiving his peace, which is of an entirely different nature than any other ever experienced. Thus we grow from experience to experience, and in all of our stories we can see – if we’re trained to recognize them – the fingerprints of the Lord all over them, and we can’t help but grow in a living and abiding love for him.
I saw this morning that even in the light of all he has done, there is still a morsel of fear that is hanging on for dear life. But it’s chipped, and worn, and bedraggled, and tired, and just waiting to flee. And it will. Because it has no possibility of survival in the presence of a love of God that is developing toward that “perfect love,” which will finally cast away all fear!

Jesus,Our Greatest Friend
Jesus loved people. He was a friend to the individual. He said at one time to his Apostles ” No longer will I call you my servants, but my friend” . How we long for a good friend in this troubled world. We are so busy that we don’t take time to cultivate friendships. It takes time. It also takes time to build our friendship with Jesus. It is our part that is lacking not His. He is waiting and longing to be that forever friend.
Jesus gave us good examples of how friendship works. He was never too busy to help those in need. The man who was demon -possessed ( Mark 5 ) became a friend of Jesus. Jesus took pity and showed compassion by casting out the demons and freeing him to be whole , to go about praising God and telling his friends in Decapolis about what Jesus had done for him. ” To him that is afflicted kindness should be shown.” ( Job 6:14 )
Jesus was not too proud to speak to the woman at the well ( Jn. 4) and to give her water which would cause her never to thirst again, living water. He befriended her.
Jesus was a friend to Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. ( Jn. 11:11 ) He went there often and stayed in their house. He was a friend who came when Lazarus died. He raised him from the dead.
When we have a close friend , how we long to be with them and have quality time to ” just talk.” Jesus longs for us to come and just pour out our heart to Him. He wants to know how our life is going , what troubles and joys we have. He can help us with our problems . ( Jer. 33:3 ) ” Come unto me , all ye who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart : and ye shall find rest unto your souls” ( Matt.11: 28,29 )
Jesus is our friend today. He knows our weaknesses and the good in us. He is not a friend who would encourage us to remain in our weakness, or to become stunted in our growth . ( Heb . 5:12-14 ) He calls us to a high standard of living that would reach higher each day.
” Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so doth the sweetness of a man’s friend that cometh of hearty counsel.” ( Prov.27:9 ) ” Faithful are the wounds of a friend. ” (Prov. 27:6 ) He gently, yet strongly encourages us to look into His word and see ourselves and make correction . (Jas.1:22-27 ) This is what a true friend will do. He sees the potential in us and wants us to be successful in living the Christian life. He wants to see us not conformed, but transformed. ( Rom. 12:2 ) His power can do that for us through study of His word, the Holy Spirit that He has given us and prayer to God through Him. ( Heb. 4:12 ; Eph.3:16-20; Acts 20:32 )
King David was disappointed in his friends.He could not trust his closest friend. ( Psa. 35:14-16 ) This is not so with our friend Jesus. He is a forever friend, when we are faithful like Abraham. ( Isa 41:8 ) He is a friend that ” loveth at all times” . ( Prov. 17:17 He will “stick closer than a brother”. ( Prov.18:24 )
A true friend will share what he has. This is so with Jesus. We do not have to be rich to have the friendship of Jesus. He was sent to poor of this world.( Lk. 4:18 ) ” Though He was rich , yet for our sakes He became poor, that we through His poverty might become rich. ( 11Cor. 8:9 )
To be a friend of Jesus we cannot be a friend of the world. ” Know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” ( Jas.4:4 ) Why would we want to be a friend of the world when we can have Jesus? Jesus said ” In the world ye have tribulation: but be of good cheer I have overcome the world.” ( Jn. 16:33 ) Jesus was not of this world. Neither was His kingdom of this world. (Jn.17:16; 18:36 ) His gospel was foolishness to men . ( 1 Cor. 11:19 ) Those who lived by it were the “off scouring ” of the world. (1 Cor 4:13 )
Jesus came to a sin sick world. All mankind had lost their friendship with God. He came to redeem us, to make us friends again. ( Rom 3:24 ) Jesus showed the ultimate act of friendship. He died for us , while we were still in our sin and His enemy. The blood that He shed in His death has saved us from the wrath of God , and given us life eternal. ” We joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ , by whom we have now received the reconciliation.” (Rom 5:6-11 ) Let us be careful to maintain that friendship with Him . ” Therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is the praise of our lips giving thanks to His name.” ( Heb 13:15 ) Let us have the mind of Christ and humble ourselves and obey Him every day of our lives.

Dearest God
I know that I’ve come to the right place for You have all the answers.
Firstly, we are advised to cast all our burdens to You. I hereby cast everything to You so within a few minutes after it’s totally processed, I will see LIGHT
at the end of the tunnel. Please take care of Dr. J for me. We did have some fights and if He hurt me in any small way, I forgive Him. I know that He has a forgiving nature so not concerned about this. So dont punish Him or me re. our little fights. Our Love surpasses everything. I Love Him regardless of whatever is said , whether true or otherwise, it really does not phase me. When You visit Him sometime soon, let Him know that He may be just one person to the world, but He means the world to me. I will love Him till I leave this world. I cannot guarantee that I will recognise him after death, I Love you lots God and thanx for taking over all my problems. Mwah!

Is it in order to petition God for anything?
I got into BIG trouble with MOM.
I reported a lady who ‘bullied’ me at Church to the headhonch.
I apologise to GOD if it offended some people, I had NO option as she
Pushed me too far. She is the ‘liberated’ one but nobody scolds her.She is treated
As VIP who is allowed to break rules.I’m only human and knew ‘word for word’ what she said about me.
Her so called ‘childhood true buddy’ sold her out!
The lady who ‘slandered’ me is in reality a pawn for the other lady to get even with her opponents.
Anyways, we just have to be good to one another with our attention
Fixed on JESUS. He will Never look at His children with ‘judgement’ and loves ALL
With equal measure. God is beyond our comprehension!
