I’m giving you this rose
With some words I’d like to say
Like how much I love you
On this Valentine’s Day

I hope that this finds you
With love in your heart
And you’ll always remember me
When ever we’re apart

May this single little rose
Bring a smile upon your face
And wipe away the sadness
Leaving it without a trace

May our hearts stay connected
Through good times and through bad
May our love lift your spirits
On days your feeling sad

Take this single rose
Hold it pressed against your chest
And You’ll find of all the feelings
That love tops as the best

With that rose to your chest
And that smile upon your face

That our love rose from grace

They help us in the worst of times
by pulling us through.

We may not always agree,
but I know in you I can confide.

Through thick and thin
you are always by my side.

The blue rose is so rare
Like the friendship between me and you
They are so seldom seen
Because they come so very few

They are sent here by God
Like all living things
To be enjoyed by us all
With the happiness that it brings

They shine like a star
Flickering in the night
Just another way for us to know
Everything’s going to be alright

So when you find a blue rose
Please handle it with care
Then find you a good friend
With whom you might want to share
