After four years and exactly 100 seizures his first three years, I lost my buddy December 2021. Devastating. December 2022 took in another throw away. He was blind, no hearing and diabetic . Why do people have pets and al!ow things like this to happen? He was about 10 years old. Ten months later he was gone. I have my own ideas on what should happen to these people. Just can’t put it in print
at the moment!

Beautiful and so sweet. Had dogs most of my married life – 59 years! Lost my last poodle at age 14. Year later I brought home an Urgent Rescue poodle who had been tossed out of a car. Would love to meet the lady who picked him up. He is about 5-7 years old, has multiple health issues – primary one being seizures. Digestive system totally messed up…. hair so long and matted…could go on. Right now only on three medications. In a year and a half has had 39 seizures, that I know of! How can people do this to these helpless animals. Shelters are here for a reason, don’t need to just toss away. Financially a bit difficult, but I wouldn’t trade him for anything. He is my shadow, my buddy. I believe we rescued each other! I am 82 and will continue helping him for as long as necessary. Sorry, did not mean to ramble, but I still get angry! Of the dogs I met at the rescue group, there was an instant connection. I believe we were meant to meet! Thanks for listening.
