This certainly makes you realize why we receive the things that we do even though we pray for other things that we feel we want and need. It isn’t that God doesn’t answer our prayers, He does but in a way to make us grow in faith and trust in Him more. A wonderful reminder. I would like to have the entire story or poem in writing to post on my mirror or refrigerator to remind me everyday of how God is answering my prayers.
