Living with Wolves Saved My Life
Veterans suffering from PTSD now have options other than traditional treatment and medication. It’s called wolf therapy. At Lockwood Animal Rescue Center, these veterans are getting back their nature.

What a beautiful story, tears at the heart strings. I always felt sad for the vets who returned home and were expected to pick up their lives from where they left off. How in God’s name are they going to do that after what they have been trained to do and the horrific things they have had to do and have seen, It does not take a rocket scientist to work that one out. Animals love unconditionally, they don’t care what you look like, or your status in life, they just love you to bits and will do anything to make you laugh and they relax you like no tablets can. This is a magnificent thing and I am so pleased someone has introduced this to the vets. God Bless you all. I hope there are many years of happiness ahead for all of you as you deserve that and so much more. God be with you always. Oh yes, Dog is God spelt backwards.

Beautifully stated, Alison. You are right, animals do love unconditionally. After what our Veterans have experienced, which we cannot comprehend, this unconditional love is one thing they truly need. God bless all of the many groups that provide this. They are truly angels.
