I have made my bed every morning for as long as I can remember and I’m 87 years old. That was an excellent speech! It’s just too bad that many more people and CHILDREN can’t hear and see this video. May it give inspiration and some wisdom to all those that do….

This is one of the greatest speeches that I have ever heard. I can only imagine the song that was sang while
up to their necks in mud was, “GOD BLESS AMERICA”.

When I was first married my father told me almost the same thing, “first thing in the morning make your bed, no matter what happens or who comes to visit you will not appear lazy”. That was 62 years ago and sometimes I still do it. But at 80 eh!

So remarkable and so true. What an inspirational leader. We all look for real leaders, why then do we vote for duds? I make my bed each and every morning. Thank You Sir.

Wow! And, that word simply does not cover the inspiration of that speech, and the message it brings forth. It starts simply, and moves dramatically through to an absolute crescendo to an ending.

Dr, Burns wrote four inspiring sentences, especially the last. Yes, I’m still having chills from hearing this speech. Since when did it become illegal for the people leading us to be this smart?

It is nice to hear someone show us a positive direction in this world of dangerous clowns and fake-lying news! It made me smile and my heart sing. There is hope for this human species. Wouldn’t it be nice if he was the president of the USA!

Dana Parino interviewed a Navy Seal. He told her that he had assignments in foreign countries. She asked him if he had to learn foreign languages to do his job.
He answered “No ma’am. We don’t go there to talk.”
