Let me tell you André, that your interpretation of Hallellujah and all your other musical interpretations always bring joy and happiness to me and my wife. Can’t wait to see your next show. We have been a fan of the Johan Strauss orchestra since 1990 when we first heard you on PBS in Florida.

This is an incredible orchestra and a beautiful cover. What blows my mind is how so many people love this song and very few seem to know how many verses Cohen wrote and what the song was really about. I guess if you say Hallelujah, then anything is acceptable. Don’t get me wrong. This is one of Cohen’s better works. But do people really hear what he is/was saying? I think he made his point as the song is covered again and again in abbreviated fashion.
