Thank you for all of the times that we have shared,
For going to God and lifting my name up in prayer.
For all the birthdays you never forgot,
And all the sacrifices you made without a second thought.
For always being there in good times and bad,
And willingly sharing whatever you had.
Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to say,
And I know in my life time I can never repay.
All the things you have done for me,
But I hope in some small way you will see.
How grateful I am to God up above,
For sending me you my Mother to love.

thanks Eva for writing this poem,my tears were rolling down while am reading this very meaningful poem.because i myself is a mom and longing for the love of my children that i cannot feel.i loved them so dearly but it seems that i’m only taken for granted.i missed my mom so much,but they were in heaven now as well as my dad.i have more to say but i’ll just keep it in my mind and in my heart.

Damn, where do you all come up with this stuff anyways. I though I was good at this stuff just never put them out there like this. This stuff is really heartfelt stuff. I really think you got me beat. Well, some have told me that I should work for Hallmark. I don’t know, I thing they are great but, you run very close to it. thank you.

Mom, i will never thank God enough for giving i and my siblings a wonderful woman like u as our mother, u’re indeed the best mother in the whole wide world, may God in his infinite mecy sustain u for us so we can be able to repay u a little from much u’ve given to us. WE LOVE U MOM!!!

I wish you could read my words from my heart. This space here cant absorb them all, you know me mama since childhood, i remember the sticks you hit me when i used to still sugar from the cupboard, how strict you were in my school poor perfomance. I hated you more than words could xplain, but when i see people begging, doing informal business like machinga travelling long distances selling petty trades…….or seeing thieves burnt to death i remember how your little few sticks have helped me to be this BIG BIG BIG some one in the nation.

Federica is the best woman in the world. I love my mom more than words can xplain. I dont ever know if my children (in case i get a wife) will ever get a mother like mine. How intelligent Dad was, to get a woman of her taste. And im not sure he realizes the best woman Federica is!

some monster fathers judges mother by bank account,and even they being tax payer;still can not spend a dollar for thier kid..still they can pay to corrupt police and financila consultant and politicians and judges and dyfs workers ..even vollunteers…and still they like thier b type of b mother as she let them go to casinos..prostituts etc.god may keep that kind of dirty mother always away from our life amen.I pray for all decent and good hearted mothers even if they are under the earth to stay with a divine soul..Loard lot blessings to my mother who never taught me to do wrong things in life or destroy and snatch people’s husbands and children and help out dirty alkoholic and drugees.amen.what ever we have we are thankful as life measures things by heart and deeds not by numbers.And Loard may help those all who watches decent people. honest people..but not criminals.Special prayers for all mothers who became a witch…just for own luxury and green card and somebody’s husband’s credit cards.Loard may keep dirty bitches away and help them to teach some good morals to thier girls..to not do sex before marriage to haunt married man.instead take those little withches to church if they come.amen.take it easy.

I don’t usually come here on my own, as I was looing for a poem, and somehow was led to this one. I must say Eva, your poem and the artwork of Skip is simply a masterpiece.
