Yes Elizabeth he has done harassing things to other neighbors. They just stay away from him, as I have. But I resent the fact that 911 is called for such a trivial matter when we have actual people that need help desperately from our police, fire, ambulance force. Being a former police officer I personally couldn’t take my dogs each weighing 100 lbs, barking 24-7 in the house. They are trained both by sign language and verbal commands to be quiet and good. I love my animals and all animals. So I made a decision that when I file the court harassment papers that the Judge chooses to either have him mow and care for my huge yard work for one year and do it as beautiful as his lawn, or, pay me $1,000.00. Judges call. If he is going to act like a child then I will treat him as one with community service. That way he won’t have the time to harass me or anyone else in the neighborhood for at least a year. And I’ll be able to go outside, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on my beautiful deck, pray to God, and teach this yo yo and lesson. Thank you all for your support. I’ll let you know what happens. As you know going to court takes a scheduling process…geez….I’m dealing with three attorney’s now, one attorney fighting (of which I won the law suit) for a truck driver hitting me on 6/22/2009. I had a concussion, whiplash, two knee replacements, and a pinched nerve in my sciatica. The second attorney is handling the law suit I had to file against my care-giver that took care of me when I came home from the hospital a month after surgery. He stole over $1600.00 and jewelry from me, said he was going to Oklahoma to buy a home, needed two days off, would be back in two days…stupid me paid him in advance as I was going in and out of the hospital and when he returned I wanted to be certain that he got his pay. He left me without nursing care, no way to get another nurse quickly, no one to take care of my animals, and bed-ridden. What a trip, he’s a felon on the run, but I tracked him down with the FBI and we’re going after him in Maryland. Third attorney is fighting for a tenant that didn’t pay rent, destroyed the room, and also stole from me. That is still in the process of a law-suit. AND I DON’T BELIEVE IN SUING ANYONE!!!!! FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. But I’ve had my fill, and I refuse to be taken advantage of anymore, especially because I’m in constant, horrendous pain. I don’t need anymore stress in my life. Outside of that EVERYTHING IS GREAT…LOL..

I am rooting for you … As you said, this man needs to get a life other than harassing his neighbors.
I can bet that he has done this to the other neighbors… I will also say a prayer that GOD intervenes

Thank you for your support Krishnaswamy. What I neglected to mention above is that I immediately took pictures on my cell phone of my dogs sitting and lounging in the sun. Smiling up at me. You can see their size (size of ponies) and they are my service dogs. My guys (the police) told me to move them to the other side of the house on thirty foot leashes….I told the police “I’m not looking for retaliation, that would make it closer to his house for them to bark directly across the street. I’m not looking for trouble, this guy just doesn’t have enough to do…he has a lovely wife, and I’m clueless if she is afraid of him or what. But he is in for a rude awakening. I just don’t get why my guys don’t want to come with me and try and resolve this issue. I know if I went alone there would be a free for all battle, as I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I’ve checked with the neighbors, asked them if my dogs bothered them and the answer was know. They think it’s funny when they bark at the squirrels as the squirrels talk to my dogs and taunt them. Dogs bark, people talk….only LOLA IS THE ONE THAT IS GOING TO BE BARKING ON MONDAY…lol

Well I’ve been so nice to my neighbor across the street and he harrasses me like crazy. Constantly calling the cops on me (I being a former police officer told my guys the other night to come with me to his home and find out what his problem is with me….they said…”hey, you were a cop, you can handle it.” For some reason they don’t want me upset, nor, do they want to come with me. Monday, I’m filing a harrassment charge against this neighbor as I’ve had my fill. It’s a long story, and hears the deal one of the two things I’m asking the judge either this man comes to my house weekly to mow my yard which is huge for a year, or, give me $1,000.00 for the harrassment and calling 911 for no reason. My guys are tired of hearing from him, as I’m in the house suffering with pain, I have to let my dogs out on the deck outside my bedroom as I can’t walk them, I leave them out to get some fresh air and sunshine…of course they bark at the rabbits, squirrels, birds etc., but I have two 100 lb dogs. Now really if they barked 24-7 do you think I could tolerate that myself? The sergeant was here yesterday, he asked where the dogs were as he was here for 45 minutes not a peep out of them. This yo yo doesn’t want me out on my own deck, checks out all contractors that come here, who visits, and the list is endless. I was in so much pain yesterday as always, that I yelled at him across the street and told him I’m filing a law suit against him. There are more important issues to call 911 then dogs barking a few fimes in five minutes. Sorry, I’m in pain now and thank you for allowing me to vent. Monday, I’m going to the court house. This guy needs to get a life.

My guardian angel is with me daily. I named my guardian angel “Angel” so I wouldn’t forget. I pray to her daily. Not just for myself, but for all my enemies as well as my friends. We need to pray for our enemies as well. We have to answer to God in the end, He made each of us, even our enemies, so as difficult as it may seem to think to pray for them, I do it. This was truly a beautiful well written poem for all of us. Thank you for your inspirations.

To Dora Ann…Someone once told me after loosing her loved one, that she realized that she was picked out, out of the whole world, to be with this person for a blessed time and she felt so special and with beautiful memories that no one else had. Just think, some people never have beautiful memories of loved ones because of dreadful circumstances.

Will be a year tomorrow that God took my precious Husband after 54 yrs of marriage home to be with him and Jesus, I miss him so, it has been the hardest year of my life and oh so lonely ,but with the Lords help I have made it ,can’t even think how without God I could have made it through, The angels are so beautiful and so precious Thank You
