What a beautiful rendition of this great song! It is truly so sad that a fair portion of Americans do not appreciate what our forefathers gave their lives for ~ their life giving sacrifice fight to give us FREEDOM.

Thanks. It reminds me of my 5th grade school teacher, Mrs Bates, who taught us all the patriotic songs. She was the sister of the the mayor at that time. Pat Scanlon’s father was probably employed by him.
Tomorrow I will go to my father’s grave at Battle Ground, Indiana and place an America flag on his grave.

Just listened to this Beautiful song on July 4th after watching the July 4th Celebration at the Capitol in Washington DC with fireworks, songs celebrating this Great Country that God has Blessed us with. Pray that God will continue to keep us safe, free and bring back the morals according to God’s Word. God Bless America!!!!

Just finished playing “America the Beautiful” from you and on July 4th no less!!!!! Thanks for reminding us that we live in such a great country….USA>>>USA>>>USA! We even sang this @ the end of Mass yesterday! Heading to our friends pool around the block,along w the traditional barbecue(YUM)+fireworks this evening.
