A Blind Horse and His Best Friend
When Roderick Olsen’s horse Zaxson went blind, he did not cast the animal aside. Instead, he embraced Zaxson, taking him for walks in the woods and acting as his eyes. Since then, the two have developed a close friendship built on mutual trust and love. What did you think? Please tell us in the comment section below and remember to sign up for our free newsletter.

I grew up W/horses; would do anything for them. Animals are our Angels, who live, breathe and love unconditionally. I love animals more than “some humans!” ?
Loved this story; please send us more.

Hi I don’t ride but I love all animals
They are are the guardians or angels that are there for us

Just because an animal or a human has a “disability” doesn’t mean they are worthless. Beautiful story

I really enjoyed this inspiring story. I’m a horse lover myself. The bond between this sweet gentleman and his horse is so beautiful to see. They love each other and they both need each other.
