The actor was known to millions for his work in more than 100 movies and many popular television shows, but what most admirers don’t realize is that he created a life for himself far from Hollywood on a ranch outside of Healdsburg, California.

This is a lovely house and story, and thank you for telling us about your childhood and life. You grew up so much like me with a nice calm, fun, loving and memorable childhood with each room in the house telling a story, and especially, the kitchen. I loved watching old Fred MacMurray and the shows and movies that he made.. My parents enjoyed him because he was such a decent and loving man. Life was decent, honest, and loving then, and the world was not in turmoil. He left wonderful memories for his beautiful daughter.

I saw Fred in Oklahoma I think 1981 Roy Clark Golf Classic
