I am so blessed by these inspiring words which I feel that has sent them to all of HIS children here upon HIS earth. It certainly helps up grow stronger spiritually and have a deeper desire walk with OUR SAVIOR each day.

I Always tell people who used to be friends, that if they wish to make up and talk, all they have to do is call. Perhaps even invite the old friend out for a porkslap er sumthin….

thanks God for providing this website. truly friendship or to have even just a single friend, is like a hope to look for when you seem halfway buried to the ground. it’s an inspiring message especially when you felt so hopeless.

When I was little there was a big storm, and when I looked out my window I saw a rainbow leading to a pot of soil….
Red was the color of anger
Yellow was the color of fear
Blue was the color of sadness
Purple was the color of pride
Orange was the color of aloneness
Years later when I was an adult and the storm had ended, I looked at the pot of soil…
The rainbow had given birth to
Red flowers fragrant with love
Yellow flowers fragrant with courage
Purple flowers which smelled like wisdom
Blue flowers which smelled like compassion
And…
Orange flowers which smelled like peace and tranquillity

Friendships, especially life long ones, are the most cherished and important. We know they are always with us in spirit, when good things occur as well as sad. They are a phone call, an e mail away, but they are always deepest in our hearts no matter what the distance. They are always smiling at us in our hearts and remain the dearest assets in life.

Elizabeth that was a beautiful message you left for us to read and I thank you from my heart. I have never been prejudice against another race of people, as I always felt GOD has many colors of flowers in HIS Garden. A FRIEND IS SOMEONE THAT YOU CAN TELL ANYTHING TO AND THEY DON’T LAUGH AT YOU..
Sometimes it seems that my women friends are like a sister to me that I never had…
The men friends are like another brother to me…
What it is, I do not know, but it seems people that I meet even for the first time, seem to confide in me things that are important to them… My husband says that I listen and am compassionate…could that be ?
I also tell them that I will pray for them… and I do.
Life is wonderment sometimes…

I have one problem with all of this….something serious I will have to tell him…I was diagnosed with breast cancer last November and have my last chemo apr 18….10days before we meet. I will have to tell him when we meet….I couldn’t do it in emails.

i agree with you ingrd..about taking it slow….there is nothing wrong just talking..nothing serious….ingrid..made sure when you do meet get to know him right away…so you know what to talk about….dont ignore him because you will make it worst….start of like friends and maybe it can turn into something better..but whatever you do make sure you get to no one other right away..because the longer you get away it …it is going to be so hard to get back…

I haven’t met this new friend yet but we write everyday. He is moving to my area and we will meet the end of the month. We just talk friendship….nothing lovey dovey…..takin it slow till we meet……I am excited.

friendship is a wonderfull think…there is nothing wrong with being friends…it is much better than a commintent..that word is too strong right now…i like the way it is now…free to do what i want to do and go where i want to go and say what i want to say…that goes for both of us…i dont know where you going but im still going for that rainbow..

i think of my friends every now and then..wondering what they doing..but im in present now..i have a friendship with a good friend of mind..i like what helen said…friendship is love in more generous ways..that is true…i often ask my soalmate what is love? deep down he knows what it is..im sure..i guess right now he is on his own…thats is the way he wants it…

that was the nicest thing i ever heard….it was beautifull said…only love was missing it is important to have it your life…to me love is very important….when look at rainbows i think of happiness…ahead…i will never let it go…..what i need is someone to share it with me…again willing to give my heart away…to some one i love…im not afraid love conquers all….
