The bar on the steering make it removable, so she can get in and out with ease. I see you had to lift her in and out. A full front and rear suspension would make the ride more comfortable. Maybe a racing style bucket seat, that is on a pivot, so she could get in from the rear and pivot around. Make it so the seat will lock in place. A seat belt would be good, or a racing type harness.
