Well, I typed a big message and for some reason, it never posted it. So, I’ll try this again. 🙂 Lola, I am so sorry to hear all that you have gone through and are going through. I will definitely keep you in my prayers sweetie. I will bombard Heaven with healing prayers on your behalf. Each one of us goes through daily trials and tribulations. I do know that as long as our faith stays strong, the Good Lord will help us to surmount each and every obstacle that may hinder us from moving forward. Thank you so much for this beautiful rendition of illusions. FYI, I’ve now returned home after a seven day stay in the hospital. I was totally dehydrated, low to no potassium, sugar and sodium. I had three surgeries in two days. They discovered that I have stomach ulcers, hiatel hernia, two polys (which were pre-caner, one more month of not going to the hospital for the test, I would have had colon cancer that would be spreading rapidly.) Surgically removed that and two kidney stones.
Thank you so much for all the prayers, love, concern and support. I’m still very weak and shakey, alone to care for myself (but I have two service dogs to prevent me from falling and know sign language and commands.) Presently I have no food in the house and will be applying for food stamps, which will take some time to get.
I want to thank you both for writing this beautiful e-mail of illusions. I needed to read this today, and keep myself calm. Your writings do that for me. I write poetry and short stories, would love to get some of them on here, with some beautiful background pictures, but am computer illiterate with getting the background pictures. I can write the two poems that were published not too long ago,and have many in my files. While recuperating from this bout of being in the hospital, I have to prepare myself for either December/January with two knee replacements at the same time. It will be difficult as I can’t afford the nursing care here at home. Looking into what the insurance will cover. I will be on medicare and a secondary insurance come December 1st. Why am I telling you this….PRAYERS, STORM HEAVEN FOR ME, SO THAT I CAN GET FOOD, THAT I PACE MYSELF TO GET THE HOUSE IN ORDER AFTER A MAJOR SEWER BACKUP WHEREAS I LOST MY WALLS, FURNITURE AND CARPETING. EVERYTHING WAS THROWN IN BOXES BY CONTRACTORS, NOW I HAVE TO WORK SLOWLY AT GETTING THE HOUSE CLEANED AND BACK IN ORDER.
I need those heartfelt prayers Chee Chee and David,please. I’m starting to tire but needed to write to you and let you know that I’m back home for now from the hospital. God bless you both.

My heart beat gets fast without seeing you,without looking at you I know you are around.I don’t have to look at your face.Because it was not your looks but your soul and heart that attracted me.I can feel you away, but I don’t have courage to show you tell you. If I know you so well, I can sense that same apply on you or its “my” illusion.
I figure if someone can take the time to read my poem, view the video, and leave a comment, the least I can do is respond. 🙂 Life is what you make it and what you do with it will come back to you ~ good or bad. I always try to be positive and to always look for the good in everyone. We all have it. It’s there!

That is the “Illusion”. Maybe God was wanting the person this pertains to, to live in the present and not in a dream world. To open his/her eyes and look around to what He offers. This poem is about a person who dreams of someone he/she has never seen before. That’s why it is titled “Illusion”. It’s not real. Like a mirage so to speak. Don’t read more into it than what is there. 🙂 Hugs ~ Chee Chee Martin
The problem is you talk about illusion,why not the person you loved so much. Might be he/she is waiting for you to be first.But most of the times men are supose to take first step in these kind of matter ” ladies first” is not applied.
Too bad the other two people have bad feelings. Many times I am sure this has happened to people, but then they realized that life goes on and they face reality. thank you for all of the great inspiring message you have sent my way and I thank GOD that nethugs found my email ID, so I might enjoy there messages everyday.
