My Dad with Our Dog
Lisa Abeyta’s father has very limited speech capabilities due to Alzheimer’s disease. He often cannot find words to complete sentences. However, Lisa manages to record a miraculous moment between her dad and her dog Roscoe when he stays over at her house.

DearElizabeth thtq is truly a very kind comment about the patient you administered when you were a nurse. You are so right we need to let loved ones know our loving feelings always, as we never know when the opporunty will be gone.. May GODS Angels continue to watch over all of you forever, is my prayer.

I was a nurse’s aid years ago and remember talking to a patient who had been in a coma for some time,
and she said she understood every word that the people were saying while with her and they didn’t know
it at the time… WELL… when she came out of the coma she told them what they said, and they were
shocked…. If someone you know is in a coma, say I love you and say beautiful thoughts… They will
hear and appreciate it forever… Good Luck !!!

This is a very meaningful video and we truly need to care and listen to the words of our loved ones. I love in a board and care home, so I have witnessed ladies with Dementia and Alzheimer too. Sad when they can’t remember the names of their children that come to visit them. I do believe that pets are very good for them for sure. May GODs angels continue to watch over all of you forever, is my prayer.

This video took my breath away. Pets are so important in people’s lives.
Roscoe seems to understand your father and our aging.
God Bless all of you!
