I assume the lady still only has ten toenails….i could see that charge if she had twenty…that gal has to go..i would have told her to stick it where the sun don’t shine..and i bet a lot of people would have agreed with me..and left when i did…

I agreee with M-L-D. That employee should have been ashamed of herself and if I had been the lady in that chair, I would have called the manager over and told her what happened and tell her in front of the employee that if she was going to hire such people, then I and a lot of ladies that I know, would not be returning. I would not have paid anything at that point. Obviously that girl had no common decency OR compassion. Young people have a ME attitude and if she wasn’t willing to wait on EVERYONE that came into the shop, then she didn’t need that job! Go stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day and then she might appreciate the job she has.

A very cruel and uncharitable woman, to cause such pain and distress to an innocent client.
I would never go into that salon until that nasty woman was DISMISSED.
SHE IS NOT FIT TO WORK FOR ANYBODY.
