So many good, caring people in this world. We don’t hear enough about them. Ironically, just today, I was humbly reminded again. In a grocery store with a few items in my cart. Gentleman asked me if I was doing okay. I assured him that I was (at 84, I might add-very fortunate). “Are you sure you are ok, he asked again. He then thrust something in my hand and said “I was told, and he looked up, to pass this on.” It was evident it was cash. I insisted that I WAS doing okay. He said he was blessed and was passing it on. He was gone from the store before I could respond except to say “God Bless You”, (he was pushing an empty cart). When I did check, he had put $35.00 in my hand! I will never see this caring man again, but will most definitely pass this on. God was definitely with him and I thank them both!!

Wonderful to see these “random acts of kindness”. They do happen! Sometimes it only takes a smile to make you believe……people do care!
