This was one of the most touching videos I have ever watched. My husband is a vet and we have many friends who are veterans. We are 74 years old. My husband is a wood carver and carves walking sticks with “green faces” in them. These are old winkled hairy men from the woods. Being an accomplished wood carver, he was extremely impressed and touched with your talent and heart!! God bless you!

To say the least, I’m weeping….and praising our LORD and Jesus Christ, that I live ina free country. What an ingenious idea this man had when he began to honor our vets.

very heartwarming. I am a blue star mother and patriot guard rider. the troops present and veterans hold special places in my heart. my son recently retired from the airforce. I was wondering if possibly I could order one of the canes with the air force emblem. I have arthritis and bad right knee and would be honored to use one. please let me know the cost if I qualify. thank you so much for what you do. as a matter of fact my son retired in texas (Abilene) GOD BLESS.

I can’t put into words the deep gratitude I am feeling after watching this video of this mans way of honoring our veterans. What a wonderful tribute to everyone that has served our country to keep all our freedom. He is definitely
showing thanks to God and Veterans.
My husband served in the Korean War known as The Forgotten War but we never forgot the war or his service as he
was injured in Korea and endured constant pain and was taken to his Heavenly Home in 2009 as a result of his injuries suffered in Korea. May God continue to bless all veterans and this mans efforts to honor our veterans.

Wow!! What an amazing tribute to our Veterans. It tells so much. In my humble opinion, this is honoring our Veterans in a very special way. May God continue to bless you on your quest.
Jeannette, your story is very touching. Your husband must have been a wonderful man. God bless you. Keep your letters, and metals in a safe place. Maybe even write your memories down so that his service to our country won’t fade away.

I cried through the entire video.
I lost my husband a few years ago due to ALS caused by Agent Orange in Nam.
He served with the 1st of the 9th Air Calvary 1968 -1970.
All I have left are precious memories, the letters he wrote, Bronze and Silver Star, Purple Heart, a few other medals and his dog tags.
