I agree with many of the comments that this is truly sad. It is hard to understand how a person could just leave a dog by the side of road and drive off. This isn’t the type of video we need to view. I agree with Elizabeth why didn’t the photographer take the poor dog to an animal shelter.
How could you do this to an innocent animal??? We have rescued many a dog and cat.
To do this is unforgiveable…There are plenty of shelters. May you rot in hell…
