Her biggest hit was “The Tennessee Waltz”, which was also released in 1950. “The Tennessee Waltz” was #1 for thirteen weeks in 1950. It was written by Redd Stewart and Pee Wee King in 1947, popularized by Patti Page and by Les Paul and Mary Ford in 1950.

how i remember those years of my childhood in that wonderful carefree era. I have lived the best of this world since then and regret the changes since. How i wish that we could bring that era back.
