In my life their has been storms, but I count it all to Gods great plan for my life. He knows what is best for me. He is a loving father who gently corrects and directs my path. Sometimes he says yes to the things I ask for and sometimes he says no. When I vear from His plan for my life he is a loving father who forgives and never turns his back on me. O Holy Father thank-you for always being there for me!!

Elizabeth.. I couldn’t agree with you more, when we turn to the Lord anything is possible! I love your positive attitude in life, never lose that. You know my mom sometimes tells me the same thing you told your daughter.
I understand that one day we will also be in our 80’s.

Whether you spoiled your children makes no difference… You and your husband deserve respect, no matter what.
I said to my child the other day when I made them loose their patience, “Your day will come when you are 81 years old.”

This is a most uplifting site. My heart is broken right now. I gave birth to six children, and none of them will give me a phone call or visit on Mother’s Dad or any of the holidays. They break my heart. My husband and I are retired, and we have no money to give them, and for them, no money, means what do they need us for anymore?
I trust in God, he will make all things right someday. He alone knows the tears we have shed for our selfish children.
