For me ,am 80 and life is a gift from God and our duration on earth depends on Him . Our actions ,our attitudes , our acceptance of the dualities in life, and contentment are 3 factors to determine our future. Do not wait until you’re old to discover yourself . Meditate , internalize, explore who you truly are ,from inside out. Let go of all toxic memories ,bad habits ,negativity , let go of all people who have hurt you on this journey and move on . And what is left now is your “ KARMA” to face up to . This is not easy but feasible. Good luck friends !

This songs was sent to me after my dad passed this year Feb 23, mourning him was difficult,it felt like a message from him. He played a number of instruments during his lifetime,and grew up during this era of old time country music.I know it was his way off telling me he was okay.It truly is a beautiful comforting song.

Jim Reeves and my two older sisters were in the same “click” in high school. After he became famous, they didn’t at first realize who Jim was – They knew him as “Travis”.

I love all Jim Reeves records and I went to his museum and met his lovely wife. She actually asked me to go on a cattle drive with her in Montana. Oh how I wish i could have. lol Jim left us so young and such a wonderful artist.

Such a wonderful voice–we never hear music like this anymore and it is a shame. I would love to have the album

Have you tried amazon .ca as there are lots there the only one i found was called a touch of sadness.He has always been one of my favorites.I used a cassette player with hookup to my computer to transfer my older cassettes,Would like to do the same with vinyl at a later date.Hope this helps

I don’t think there will be another singer that has a voice like Jim’s. My husband personally knew Jim and so listening to Jim was one of our most enjoyable singers to listen to. I still enjoy listening to his music by the tapes and records that I have. His voice is so comforting and so relaxing.
