Trapped Hummingbird Rescue
Hummingbird trapped in our garage overnight, he got dehydrated and tired, fell to floor and collapsed. Fed him homemade nectar all day and released him when he was able to fly. What did you think? Please tell us in the comment section below and remember to sign up for our free newsletter.

I think it was wonderful how the man took such good care of the sweet little bird and didn’t give up on it. We need more people like that.

A noted poet once wrote something to the effect of…….if we can help even one fallen bird to sit back on their perch even once in our lifetime, we would have achieved something special. When I visited Palm Springs from Australia, I had a similar event to that kind and patient man, and have never forgotten the amazing hummingbirds.

We have had hummingbirds trapped in our garage before and hung feeders at both open doors and the birds drank and flew out. I am glad to see this video to know what to do in case we are not aware of the trapped bird and need to feed it.
Thank you

Good job. I’m sure that little bird , as he flew away, said ” There’s a place for you in Heaven”
