Walkin’ After Midnight – Patsy Cline (Live 1957)
“There were MANY magical and lovely songs recorded by this legendary lady: the late, great country and pop singer Patsy Cline. “Walkin’ After Midnight” is without doubt one of my favorites. This song scored high for the then-budding 24-year-old star, reaching #12 on Billboard’s pop music chart and #2 on its country chart on March 16, 1957.” What did you think? Such a talent. She had so much of the “good” music still to give when we lost her!

Hi George: just wanted to let you know that a couple of years ago, my two daughters and I travelled on a holiday and found a “barn sale” in northern Sask. and sure enuf, I found three of Patsy Cline’s records (2 lp’s and 1 78 (an original)) and you can guarantee that they are definitely “keepers”. I still play her music every day to get my work done.
I only saw her “live” once when we were in Nashville on a “girl’s holiday”.
