We May Not Always Realize
We may not always realize
That every thing we do,
Affects not only our lives
But touches others, too!
For a little bit of thoughtfulness
That shows someone you care,
Creates a ray of sunshine
For both of you to share.
Yes, every time you offer
Someone a helping hand …
Every time you show a friend
You care and understand …
Every time you have
A kind and gentle word to give …
You help someone find beauty
In this precious life we live.
For happiness brings happiness
And loving ways bring love;
And Giving is the treasure
That contentment is made of.

In this rushing world today, we need to slow donw and reach out to others, as little do we realize how much that may be needed by even a stranger. Walk the walk and Talk the talk that GOD wants each one of us to do. Witnessing for GOD show that will look for HIS guidance and walk in faith each day.

To whomever wrote to me above, thank you so much for your comforting words. Ironically on our wedding day I had written a special poem for my beloved husband that was read at the wedding reception. There wasn’t a dry eye in the entire ballroom. My husband looked at me lovingly when I read it to him (it’s on DVD as well), he was crying. That special poem of love, I never realized that I would only have him for three short years, that special poem of love was read at the Church on the day of his funeral, and that special poem of love was put in the casket with him so he will take it with him to heaven and never forget me and our love. I cried when I read your special note today, each day I think it might get easier, each day I miss him more and more. I have been so sick since his death, and recently the doctors only gave me two months to live, that was back in January. God isn’t ready for me as yet, nor is my beloved husband. I have things to take care of here on earth, so, I’m struggling to get my health back on track. We both were with the police/firemen’s association and they had a Memorial Service for him, which it was as though I was reliving that day at the funeral. They were all there then, and all of our colleagues are with me now. The support has given me hope, to move forward for my beloved husband.
I didn’t mean to go on and on, but your letter meant so much to me, and I shall cherish your words of comfort and not despair. Thank you for reaching out to a stranger.

A message for Ann who wrote on May 23rd. I am truly sorry for your loss, but I am so happy for you for the three beautiful years of marriage to remember. I know that the hurt and grief wounds are still fresh and deep. Of course you miss him. There always will be a special place in your heart that is his alone. I miss the love and companionship of a magical marriage of 40 years that never faded in time as many marriages do and ended over 5 years ago. I can assure you that after losing 2 children and my long time partner that you never forget. Passing years will bring peace and comfort but time is the only thing that heals such a loss! May you be blessed and comforted by those closest to you at this time. Grief is a long difficult journey, but I am confident that you will make it through, give it time, all the time you need to take. Let the music, pictures, memories and especially tears, lots of tears bathe and heal you. Try writing a journal day by day, a message to him or something special that happened that you would want to tell him. Maybe you can put your grief and sorrow into poetry that you can always go back to as time goes by, reread it on those special anniversary dates, and always let the tears flow to wash away the sadness. It will in its own time, trust me as I’ve been there. I caution to not rush healing because others tell you that you should, and some will. If you have a faith or religious conviction God will lead you through if you ask Him.

This touched me deeply. My husband of only three years died last year. The music that is being played with this “We May Not Always Realize” was the exact music played as I walked down the aisle to my beloved. I loved him then, and I realized that there would never be another. I miss him so much…treasure what you have, the people that are in your life, your family, your relatives and friends. Life is so short that you never know how short life is until you loose someone that you deeply loved. I miss my husband and the words and music had me shedding so many tears. I know what I have lost, but we loved each other until the end. I was there for him when he needed me the most, and I truly believe that he is looking down on me with that same love as we had on our wedding day and the three short years we had together. Thank you for the beauty of this writing.

Somewhere in time, you automatically gave someone love without thinking about it… Years later they remind
you of it, though you had forgotten about it… And all the time, GOD SMILED…

Thanks. Sharing loves gives happiness, satisfaction, beauty, healing, blessings, and peace. When we give love to someone He or she will always leave to remember nobody how long. That is the power of love. Love is God. Let us share it to one another

Giving our Love, does not bring contentment not only to yourself but most of all to God for He is LOVE. This is the only thing He is hoping from us but most of all to share it to everyone …
