Your Sacrifice

Well said, C. Gutzman. I can think of no other words to add.

When I hear words of thankfulness, gratitude and the gift of freedom about those who gave their all, I can’t help but feel sadness for their sacrifice which is being dishonored by our government and the majority of the media. Those who are so self serving so as to claim they are doing their work for the good of the people. Wrong! With such hate that they are displaying they are a shame to everyone who gave their lives for our freedoms. In my heart I apologize to every fallen soldier, and to our God, who has been removed from his place in our hearts and our nation’s proper places. Why would he bless our nation when we have turned away from Him so disgracefully? President Trump is trying so hard to make good his promises made and to serve the people with a heart that is for the good of the country, but murderous hate is rampant and Satan is having a field day in our nation.
He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God’s sight.” *Luke 16:15
