As friendship goes
You are perfect for me
You listen to my woes
No matter how dumb they be.
You have never judged me,
How much that means!
You always listen when
I tell you my dreams.
You never show and tell
The things dear to me.
Inside it is held
So no one else can see.
I am thankful for you,
Our friendship won’t end.
You will always be true
For you are my friend.
You even forgive me
When I’m wrong.
That is real friendship
And it’s truly strong.
