I Looked Up

I looked down and I found
that everything looked bad,
I looked back and I saw
so many things that were sad.
I looked up and I could feel
the sun shine on my face,
I felt love, and I felt peace,
and Gods Heavenly grace.
I realized everyday what I needed to do,
No matter what I was doing,
or what I was going through.
If I looked down I missed the hope,
and the strength for the day,
If I looked back I’d dwell on things,
I could not change anyway.
But looking up I would find everything that I need,
I’d have a reason to keep trying,
knowing with God I could succeed.
Everyday as I pray I ask God for His will,
Knowing He takes care of me,
and no matter what He loves me still.
And when I’m down, and feeling like
there is no hope around,
I look up and I realize,
where true hope is found.
When I look back and I worry about,
what has already been done,
I look up and I see the battles over,
and my Father has won.
Yes looking up my soul is filled,
with Gods peace, and Gods love,
My life is blessed everyday,
because of my Father above.

The Bible says that a living dog is better than a dead lion. Once we are alive, no matter how bad things seem, We just need to look up to God in hope. He always has an answer for us. This is an article that is full of much needed hope and encouragement . Thank you very much…and don’t forget to ‘look up’.

Can we bring this prayer to our knees so others may follow? Can we stand up for others and reach out for those who have fallen? Can you? Can I? We are called to love above all else. Why is this so hard?

Sindu: I cannot visualize Jesus thinking that someone was His enemy… He probably knew they were against Him and were trying to kill Him… I don’t know anywhere in the bible that it said that He fought against them, do you??? I know that He was probably sad at their evil ways… What patience He had… and LOVE.

To start with, i really appreciate ur great effort in making so many people through ur wonderful poems to see the reason why they should stand on their feet with a great hope and a brighter future again, after they might ‘ve fallen into some pit of discouragment. I happen to be one of them, when i woke up dis morning i just started thinking on how dis year is gonna be, but something led me to open my email box nd when i did what i saw (i looked up) renewed my hope nd also rekindled my faith. Even in church or in my car, He is there with you… ( I was just in the dentist’s chair for my two teeth and I asked GOD to be the dentist and requested no pain) guess what !!! It didn’t hurt and I thanked GOD…The only pain was the bill. haa haa, oh well. Keep the faith !!! Blessings Elizabeth

Elizabeth, I think God will roll a strike in bowling every time, that would be amazing just to see God bowl! The sound of thunder sometimes sounds scarey, I was always taught it is God doing his work.

When we look up into the sky, watching the clouds, I believe God talks to us with the shapes and patterns, dear it is wonderful when we look together and view as kids do, with an excitement we share the fun, watching the clouds as a movie been presented by God.

Yes…its amazing as kids lying on the grass looking at the clouds and making faces out of the clouds and shapes! I always wondered what was up there in the sky those white clouds and seeing birds fly always amused me. I would question myself and wonder what was my purpose here. Each day looking at my parents was amazing, they were like giants to me. I think looking at the clouds gives us a spiritual peace of mind with God. It just a magical feeling about it, when looking into the sky…the creation God created is astonishing all around us. I still look also at sky a lot, at the clouds, the stars, the moon, so far that my eyes can see…does it amazes you sometimes when you look up in the sky?

Elizabeth, it’s amazing how the images of the angel babies are there in the clouds. The top left one has some juicy cheeks and the other angel baby looks to be asleep or praying. I think I see the horse legs kind of, I’m still observing this image. The more I look the more I see. Wow, do you see the panda bear, maybe it’s a teddy bear in the bottom left edge looking toward the left corner?

Love: Yes, yes, I see most of what you see…I see the two baby angels faces, and just under the top one, I see a jumping horse, with its front legs going forward.
My, I bet you and I laid on the grass when children and saw figures in the clouds.

Elizabeth, I think I see the baby you are seeing…actually I see two babies and 3 other images: the portion of the left side an eye of an angel, a lion, and sometype of animal like a rabbit. On the far left side upper top portion of the clouds there is a baby lying on someone lap being pamper, from a right side view of the body, with the head slightly tilted up looking downward toward the other baby in the center core of the clouds, that sits in a valley or a manger, which shows the left side view of the face and nose and eyes, with a head full of hair. to right side and up a little bit I see a lion and a rabbit above the lion, looking toward the west. And along the top edges from the center to the left a little bit about inch I think it was, there is the left side view of an angel eye looking toward the viewer. It is an interesting picture.

Guess what, I still see the side view of a baby angel in the MIDDLE TOP of the picture, but it keeps changing to the 3rd picture, then the 1st picture, etc, it is driving me nuts… BUT it is there in one of the pictures…Don’t give up, keep looking, GOD will show you if you are patient… Blessings, Elizabeth W.

I just noticed something in the pictures.
If you go to the THIRD PICTURE, and then go to the MIDDLE TOP of it, you will see a side view of a face of a baby angel, LOOKING UPWARD. Be patient, you may have to go to it a few times… I did, to make sure it was what I thought I saw and it was !!!

Whenever I find myself down, God always remind me there is so much to be happy for and there is a great purpose for our being. Look at where we been and where we are today in life, growing each day, we become stronger, and most of all strong Love is what lifts us up higher and higher. God has placed in my life a precious and special gift, my angel who has always been there for me, to this day. When the road got tough to travel on, the tighter we held each other, and my angel never stop believeing in me. We look up to God each day and always. any tears my angel cried I gentle dried…and together we made it, and still standing strong forever together. I love you so much dear.
