Q: Are your greetings free to send?
A: Yes! Our service is supported by our kind sponsors. Feel free to send as many greetings as you like.
Q: Why are my greetings not being sent?
A: The servers used to send our greetings may sometimes
be down due to high traffic. Simply use the alternative backup
send link right below the main one on the greetings.
Q: Why are some images broken and not viewable?
A1: Your browser may not be Java enabled. If this is the case, click
here and download the free Java plug-in.
A2: Your browser may not have the Flash plug-in installed. If this is
the case, click

A3: Simply hit the refresh button on your browser. Some images may not
have been completely loaded.
Q: Why can't I hear any music or sound on your
pages?

A3: Your computer may not be updated with the latest software. Check
your sound card drivers and make sure you have the latest version of

Q: Why are your backgrounds getting in the way
of the text on your greetings?
A: People with older web browsers may be having problems viewing the
text being displayed on top of a background. We recommend you download
the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Click

Q: How do I clear the names and address on the send form?
A1: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options - Browsing history - click Delete - click Delete cookies.
A2: In Firefox, go to Tools - Clear Private Data - check the Cookies checkbox - click Clear Private Data Now.
Q: How do I print a greeting?
A: Most if not all web browsers have a print command in the top menu
bar. In Internet Explorer, click on 'File > Print...' on the top menu
bar. You may also do this by pressing 'Ctrl-P' on your keyboard.
