It’s Now or Never – Elvis Presley
“It’s Now or Never” is a ballad recorded by Elvis Presley and published by Gladys Music, Elvis Presley’s publishing company, in 1960. The melody of the song is adapted from the Italian standard, “‘O Sole mio”, but the inspiration for it came from the song, “There’s No Tomorrow”, recorded by U.S. singer, Tony Martin, in 1949. The lyrics were written by Aaron Schroeder and Wally Gold. The single is the second best-selling single covered by Presley, and one of the best-selling singles of all time.

I loved all of Elvis’s songs. It brought back so many beautiful memories. The songs in those days were great to listen to.

Beautiful. My Darling Love Of My Life was in the Navy in 1951. He’s in Heaven now and I know I will see him again in Heaven and Love of God will put us together after being married on Earth here for 58 years. Now it would have been 64 years. Still Love You Darling. Thank you for putting this on.

beautiful song, as most all of Elvis’ songs were. One of my favorites is Love Me Tender. I think Elvis was a great singer, he was a wonderful man and so good looking. He was a beautiful person. What a tragedy to lose him. He had so much more he could have done. He is singing his great gospels now in Heaven., and I will see him again someday.

Beautiful song. The Love of My Life had already been in the Navy and gotten an Honorable Discharge by 1965 and we were already married but it was our Love like Elvis that carried us through .
