I first heard the song a little while after my husband passed away. In this song here was kind of like written for me sort of you know cuz the way she was singing it is what happened to me. That day was like every other day normal, that night we went to our five-year-old grandson’s Pre-K graduation .Again everything was fine everything was okay. We got home and a couple hours later he goes to bed and then a little while later he wakes up and that’s when my whole world fell apart . There was no warning sign there was nothing
He woke up and said he had some pain, thinking it was gas bubble or something. He was sitting on the.sofa, then in a matter of a few minutes , he fell over, and that was the night his life ended and mine actually did too because I’m living every day but I’m really not I’m just going through the motions of it. So when I heard this song, it’s a beautiful song ,it’s a sad song but I feel like it was a song for me because I lived it and I still live it everyday it’ll never understand why. Just why?
