What an Angel! So full of love for these “throw-a-ways”. God bless him. What would it take to establish a spay/neuter program?? And it’s not just puppies that get tossed away. I’ve had a throw-a-way for a year and a half – estimated at seven years at the time. He was not neutered, never groomed, with numerous health issues – major one being seizures. Forty-one so far. And unfortunately not spaying/neutering still a problem here, too. Not to mention “adults” tossing pets away when they are sick! Could have the decency to drop at a shelter and not along the side of the road. Sick people!! Sorry, this makes me so angry with the “human” race!!
