I picked a star to wish upon
From all the stars above…
And closed my eyes and made a wish
To send you all my love.
So look up in the sky tonight
And find one special star…
The one that holds my wish to you
No matter where you are.
And when you see that special star
My wish will come to you…
For stars were made to wish upon
And wishes do come true!

Although I was raised a Christian and followed the teachings of Jesus, as I approach the end of my life, I’m looking to the “stars” for spiritual guidance and answers. I’ve been following the recent advancements and scientific exploration of the universe and now have a better understanding of the origins of life as we know it. My time on earth will come to an end soon; therefore, I feel the need to continue to seek the truth of our existence. I’ve always been a “star gazer” since I was a very small child. Astronomy was always one of my interests. The more I learn, the more I believe that everything on earth and in the heavens and universe was created from “star dust.” I do not discredit religious teachings and beliefs and hope that my beliefs will be respected as well..

Thank you for this very beautiful passage of expressive love. The world is a much brighter place when we embrace it with love and all we hold dear. Love all those in your life and heart, like their will be no tomorrow and be thankful to have them in your life. It is important to exert understanding particularly with people who are the most difficult in your life. They may not have learned how to thank you, but it shall enrich your life knowing you have been kind to them and given them an honest shake. Question when things don’t go you way and there have been misunderstandings. Always clear the air.

God works through the strangest and most mysterious avenues in life and through dreams. Yes, dreams. Pay attention, you may be shocked and surprised on the threshold of an amazing reawakening in your career or life. That someone may be just around the corner or a possible reconnection to a distant, interrupted past. You must not labor or fret over this, everything must flow organically to reap what good that may is in store for you, or he may have put you together to be an instrument of hope and reassurance to someone who has stumbled and fallen, traveling down an ill fated path. A person who may be so deeply lost and so far from their true course and intended destiny they have lost vision and joy in life. Most importantly, be wise and true to yourself. Loving self as God loves us, enables us to give love more intrinsically in countless fulfilling passages. Serve as a channel of peace and light, so they shall reflect back on to you.

I don’t know the special one God has reserved just for me..but I do know the One who made the stars and calls them each by name. In all the world, if God did not spare His own Son then His heart is for me and He knows the answer to all things and my times are in His hands. Trusting and believing for the God of all miracles to bring me my one wish…..in Jesus name.
