God works in mysterious ways. As soon as I entered the hall I felt so happy when I suddenly noticed Father’s photograph gazing my way. A warm feeling enveloped my entire soul. Suddenly a lady who recently left the dept that I am in @ Church came to me requesting a favour. She said that she and her hubby were in this dept for years but nobody considered them for a better position because the secretary is only concerned about her people. She said that she and her hubby intend to get away from it all and settle @ head office Church abroad and I must help them as I am from there. I explained to her that I am not from there and do casual work when I visit,that is all. Whilst she was chatting to me, the secretary walked passed and greeted us but I saw that she was not happy with the lady standing next to me whispering.
Anyways, I explained to her that wherever we go, we take our minds with us and there is no ideal situation.
I told her that I certainly do enjoy being around the people @ head office Church but non of us are perfect.
I explained to her that I stay for about a mth only so people there dont know me too well but will assume that I am almost perfect cos I reflect humility,love,Respect,obedience /co-operation etc. Likewise, I only know them for a short period and they appear perfect to me. In Reality Father is the only Perfect one.
She even asked me why I am still hanging around after all the direct messages to me. Obviously, I cannot tell her about Father’s letter but I told her that NOTHING happens without Father’s permission so we have to not take anything to heart as He is always with us. I did tell her that I need to improve my behaviour as well.
Any household, business, Church requires teamwork/co-operation and if I am happy and well behaved abroad, what is stopping me from being the same here in my own country? She said but this place is the pits! I said ‘No, My dear’…….We are in the wrong to get sucked in all these petty stuff which results in us missing the plot bigtime! What is the objective when doing Churchwork? To become humble. It is supposed to be selfless and a treasured GIFT from Father which is NOT to be taken for granted. I told her that it should not concern ourselves with the secretarie’s friends/families as she is answerable to Father and not us. Everything is happening the way it is meant to be-as Father designed. I did say that we are not to expect a reward for long service because just to serve Him is the ‘priceless gift’ itself. She welcomed whatever I said and changed her tune a little by saying that she wanted to retire abroad cos it is the best place to be and not really angry with anyone and I am right.
After speaking to her, I realised that Father spoke to me via myself. He sent her to chat to me and both of us felt better by encouraging each other and honouring HIS name.
I am sooooo sleepy now…Sweet Dreams.
