Reminds me of when we used to go to Florida. I always had to go to the beach and walk in the sand. Such a feeling of quietness and peace I felt. Loved it and relived it while watching this video. Thanks, it’s been a while since I did that and was nice to remember again.

This reminds me of a line in a poem I read recently by Peter Amidon:
“The clouds of mist, the endless sea
become a part of you and me.”
When we need a moment of peace and beauty our minds return to the “endless sea.” It is a part of us.
